USA Real Estate Map Pro

US Real Estate Map Professional edition is a premium class software for mapping real estate properties and visualizing other geo-spatial data. Its extended functionality is based on the possibility to:

• Show 51 states of the USA on the National View
• Show a detailed state map with counties' outlines
• Display a detailed county map with custom locations
• Add cities or custom locations according to their latitude/longitude
• Display the zip code list or custom information set in the database
• Present additional information in a table or a grid with HTML formatted text

User Interface

US Real Estate Map Pro consists of 4 levels and 2 additional windows to display information in a grid or in an infobox with HTML formatted text.

2. Search

   The system architecture and the protocol of data exchange between the map and a database allow creating various search forms to manage search query. It is possible to use the standard examples, as well as order custom search fields in your search form.

Database Integration

US Real Estate Map Pro is a database driven map which can operate states, counties, cities, and zip codes across the US. MySQL database is used to certificate and manipulate flash objects:

• All US counties by state with name, FIPS code, and ID in the flash library.
• 39,970 zip-codes with longitude/latitude coordinates.
• 181,815 cities and populated place with names and longitude/latitude coordinates and counties id.
• 3223 counties with name and parent state id.

*The database is portable and it is possible to migrate to other DB server if needed (MS SQL for example). The map does not differentiate database server or scripting language, as long as queries are in required format. Such approach enables using any other third party data or merge the DB with yours.

US Flash Map team assists you in linking your DB for FREE! If you are using a database other than MS SQL or MySQL, please contact us to discuss a possibility of integration.

Optimized Geometry

US Real Estate Map Pro works with orthographic Albers equal area projection maps, and appropriate grid layer with functions for proper object plotting by long/lat coordinates.

Loading time

Geometry of the states and counties includes shapes and outlines and is stored in external SWF files. Each object is certified in our database so it is possible to change options (such as activity on click/mouse over, color settings, and more). Original maps in ESRI, MapInfo, and other formats are hundred megabytes in size. Real estate maps do not require such a high level of detalization. Outlines are optimized for the internet, but keep premium quality as well. It takes only a couple of seconds for the interactive flash map to load national view or any state, which makes it extremely fast to use even for dial-up users.

To assure data consistency and proper loading US Real Estate Map has a pre-loading controller, which is responsible for geometry and data load. Map outlines have to be loaded once, using cached copy for the next time.

Customizing color settings

Color settings are stored separately in easy to edit external text files. It makes customizing color options in real estate maps very simple, and possible to do without the knowledge of flash

Custom views for local vendors

National view is not the only option of the US flash map pro. Web sites, targeted to local real estate markets (one state, or several counties only) may configure the map to zoom down to a state or county once it is loaded.
