Note: Contact us, If you have already purchased the Flash Calendar and want to upgrade it with the Administrative Area.

This function is available as a part of Flash Calendar Unlimited Multi User Package

With the administrative area you can have as many calendars in your system as you wish. Add users and let them create own calendars separatly from the other users. You can manage all user events with the special administrative account.

Changing Events

Events are shown in the form of a list, with the possibility to sort by Date or Title.

Adding New Event

To add a new event:

1. Click "+Add Event" link
2. Enter Event Date and Title (required field) and additional information.
3. Press "Submit" button

Editing Existing Events

To edit an existing event simply click the event title, then change event time, title, description or other details and press "Submit" button. Administrative area will update the event files automatically.

Changing Look and Feel

Wish to change the color gamma, background image or text fonts? No problem! Administrative panel will help you easily change the Fill Styles and Text formats in a minute.

Changing Fill Styles

You may change RGB color and alpha settings for almost every element, as well as define the background color or image.



Press "Save fill styles" button and it is done!

Changing Text formats

• Day with Events
• Day without Events
• Weekends
• Day Titles
• Current Year, Day, Time
• Description (CSS formatting for HTML text in description)
• "Back" button

Preview Results

Preview function allows users to see new events or changes to the look and feel settings immediately and download XML configuration files if needed.

Flash Calendar Requirements

You can run Flash Calendar on any PC compatible or Apple computer meeting the following hardware requirements:

• CPU: 500 MHz and above
• RAM: 64 MB and above
• Video card: 4 MB and above
• Monitor with resolution 800x600 and above.

Flash Calendar can run on:

• Mac OS X 10.1.x, Mac OS X 10.2.x, Mac OS X 10.3.x, or Mac OS X 10.4.x and above

Administrative Area Requirements

• Server must support PHP scripting language: version 4
• MySQL database support: version 4 and higher
• FTP acces to upload files on the server
